I was born, raised, and still reside in Philadelphia. I graduated Cum Lauda from Temple University's Fox school of Business & Management in 2003. Licensed since 2004, in 2005 I received a "Gold" award and in 2006 received a "Platinum" award for over $5 million in sales volume presented by the Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS. In 2006 & 2007 I was presented with "100% Club" awarded by Re/Max International.
I along with partners Jonathan Mendys, Stosh Furtek, and Sandy Kane specialize in representing sellers and marketing their homes for sale then relocating them, first time buyers, and investment properties. Jonathan and I hold Senior Real Estate Specialists designations "SRES", this enables us to effectively work with people who are in their late fifties and beyond who need to downsize, relocate or enter into a care facility.
