Colleen Parent Beall's extensive experience and professional service has consistently placed her as a leading agent, whose background and local affiliations have earned her a widespread referral base. Since obtaining her broker's license in 1994, Colleen handles estates and residence sales in Hope Ranch, Montecito and Santa Barbara.
As a third generation Santa Barbara native who grew up in Hope Ranch, Colleen has an unusually high level of familiarity with the Santa Barbara area. Her husband William Beall, is a local attorney. They have two children, Nicole (Cate,'02, Emory University '09), and Ryan (Dos Pueblos High '08, Trinity University at present) who have participated in many local club and varsity sports particularly basketball, volleyball and soccer.
Colleen is involved in a number of community based projects including the Board of Trustees of Marymount School and the Gaviota Coast Conservancy. She has served as a former member of many boards including the Santa Barbara County Planning Commission, Santa Barbara County BAR Association, National Charity League, Santa Barbara Museum of Art, and Santa Barbara County Women's Commission.
Colleen feels her availability to clients, ability to meet all of their needs, her negotiating skills, and the confidentiality she affords her clients as well as her attention to detail are some of the traits her clientele most appreciate.
